Painting on your Scrapbook Layout


Hi, Beth Norman, here. Did you know you can paint on your scrapbook layout? They add so much sparkle and shine.


Flowers are painted. Don't they sparkle?


In my dreams, I picture faires all glittery, and Creative Inspirations Paints does that.
