Stuck Together

Good Morning! It's Emily again, as promised with the layout I made to match the tag from the 19th using Creative Inspirations Paints.

I made this layout for a class, and wanted to show that with minimal patterned papers, plain cardstock and a few CI Paints, you can create a fun and colorful background. It doesn't cost much to make, and you have a lot of fun in the process!

The base is white cardstock with tissue paper that I dabbed Distress Ink over for color and then used Blush paint to highlight in the creases and raised areas. Sky Blue and a stencil were used to make the dots and to top it off used a paint brush to splatter Buttercup over it all.

Here is a close up of it all together... You can really see the shimmer in the blue dots!

The paints I used today:

I hope you have enjoyed my projects and gotten some inspiration out of it. Be sure to share with us what you have done with your CI Paints!

Have a great day!
