Last 2 cards - vintage kit - Kianel

Kianel here with you today! Here are the last 2 cards i made with the vintage kit i designed here in France with Creative Inspirations Paints in it. There is a card with hidden tags and a star shaped card for which you can find a tutorial here.
All the dies used are from Cheery Lynn Designs, Quickutz and Magnolia, papers from Graphic 45, inks are distress, CI paints are "fairy dust" "winter frost" "mango" "garnett" "emerald""chocolate", Tilda stamp is from Magnolia, sentiment stamp is from Infinimentscrap.fr, butterfly is from Martha Stewart.

blue card and a vintage box - Kianel

Hello!
Kianel here with you today to present you some of my work with the Creative Inspirations amazing paints. I decided to show you the versatility of the Creative Inspirations paint that you can use to colour your stamped image just as they are, or mixed with water, or blended with ink (here i tried with waterbased inks), or sprayed...the possibilities are just endless and the shimmer always remains!
So here come a blue card for christmas and a little box in a vintage style. I hope you will like it!
I just wanted to remind you that you have until the end of december to get the terrific limited edition colors!!

On the box, i used the "GOLD" "BEIGE" and "AUTUMN WHEAT"colors of Creative Inspirations paints to colour my central image from Katzelkraft made out of 2 different stamps. Those paints are just amazing for that kind of stamp!!!Just be sure to use a waterproof ink for stamping your image before you paint it.


Okay, now for the card, i made another blue one (guess my christmas color this year is going to be blue...ah ah!) because i just can't stop mixing those paints together!!! The colors are outstanding for painting Magnolia images and you can just mix them with the waterbased inks too (like distress, adirondack, etc... So the possibilities are just endless!!!
For this card, i used the following colors of CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS paints:
- FAIRY DUST for all the Cheery Lynn Designs dies and i then inked them with distress ink( snowflakes, branches, lattice and circle frame)
- FAIRY DUST on top of handmade distress background for the label
- TANZANITE mixed with water on the blue flowers and on the ink made background ( i started with covering my paper with light blue distress ink and then i mixed the paint with water and sponged it on my background) (for the flowers i watered my pinsel and dropped it in the paint and applied directly to the flowers).
- DENIUM + SKY BLUE + FAIRY DUST on the little girl blended with a light blue distress ink.
- DENIUM +SKY BLUE + BUTTERCUP on the stamped light
