You're a Star!!!

Hello friends! I'm so happy to be back on the blog today to share a card I made using a stencil, chipboard, distress ink and some Creative Inspirations Paint and Embossing Powder. 

Using a Crafters Workshop stencil and a mixture of Denium and Onyx CI Paints, I stippled the design on my white cardstock. After the paints dried I went over them using a Distress Ink pad. This is very similar to the marbling technique using the CI Paints. 

I painted some UmWow star chipboard with Antique Silver and then embossed a gear design on it using Deliquesce Platinum embossing powder with my Versamark embossing ink pad and a gear stamp.  The Platinum embossing powder looks great in contrast to the Antique Silver Paint.

These colors look so great together... I'm thinking about making a canvas using these. I'd say a night sky theme would be good! ;)

Bottle decoration - Kianel

Hello dear Creative Inspirations friends,
Kianel here with you today to show you a bottle decoration i made for the last TOMIC challenge.

 I used the embossing powder from Creative Inspirations paints called "platinum" on the 2 butterflies. I so love the result of the color! I added some pearls in the middle of the Cheery Lynn designs butterfly die.

 I also used the paint "autumn wheat" to blend with my distress refills to colour my Magnolia stamp. It doesn't show properly now on the picture (sorry) but it does shimmer.

Booklet card - Kianel

Kianel here with you to present a booklet card i have made using some fabulous products from Creative Inspirations paints.

 The flower is covered with  "rose quartz" paint

 This butterfly die is covered with the embossing powder called "platinum"

 Here you can see the details of the key dies that are inked, stamped and finally embossed with the embossing powder "clear" from Creative Inspirations paints.

 To colour this beautiful stamp, i used to mix my paints with distress and adirondack inks. The mushrrom is coloured using "autumn wheat". On the wings i used the "winter frost" and on the clothes i used the "rose quartz" paints.

The stamp is from Whimsy stamps, the dies are from Cheery lynn designs, the papers are from french line TOGA, emboosing powders and shimmer paints are from Creative Inspirations paints.
