April Palette Pick - CIP April Facebook Challenge
Hi CIP fans! Dana here today sharing the April Palette Pick for the April facebook challenge. Winter seems to be hanging around so I thought a bright neon palette would be a fun way to shake away the Winter blues and welcome Spring.
I embossed a piece of white cardstock and painted in the floral pattern with Tickled Pink, Orange, Bright Yellow and Spring Green Creative Inspirations Paint.
We'd love to see what you create for this challenge! You don't need to own CI Paints to join in the fun. Use all or a few of the colors in any way that inspires you for your chance to win 4 jars of paint! Link up your projects to the Creative Inspirations facebook page by the end of the month to enter the challenge. If you do not have a facebook page and would like to enter this challenge, please share the project on the Creative Inspirations Paint blog.
We can't wait to see what you create!
I also want to remind you of another contest we have going on the CIP facebook page. Help us reach 200 "likes" on facebook for a chance to win a $20.00 Starbuck's gift card! Happy Holidays this Friday!
Hi there CI Paint lovers! I hope you are all doing well on this Friday. Emily here with a holiday card I created using the gorgeous CI Paints. UPDATE: I have edited the photos since this was originally posted. I woke up this morning and took new photos so you could enjoy the way this card REALLY looks!!
Today's card was created using the Gingerbread Land collection by Nikki Sivils along with Chocolate, Mint, Spring Green and Rose Quartz paints in addition to Deliquesce Fine White Embossing Powder.
The close ups below show the paints and powder much better than the original. The only part of the card I used the paints on was the gingerbread girl. I decided since she was the focus of the card that I would use them on her. She looks so cute in person.:)
Below are all of the Creative Inspirations Paint products used in the card today.
And a reminder, currently you get 10% off of all paint products at Creative Inspirations Paint!! What a great deal to stock up on your paints or for gifts this holiday season! The sale is going on until January 1st!!!
Thank you for stopping by on this Friday! I will see you soon!

Creative Inspirations Paint - Witches Cauldron
Hi there Crafty Friends!
Kimberly here,
and I'm back with a new project with CI Paint.
I've used four colors from the Creative Inspirations Paint
line on this little witch card. Amethyst,
Lavender, Antique Silver, and Spring Green. The
Amethyst is on both layers of the flower, the Lavender is on the bumpy berry,
the Antique Silver is on the smooth berry (this one I dipped right in!), and the Spring Green is on the leaves.
A close up:
The Creative Inspirations Paint I've used:
Thanks so much for joining me today, and I'll be back soon
with a new CIP project!
hugs

Full of Blessings
There is definitely a lot of CI paint on my card today. I thought I would try the watercolor whimsy technique from the current Technique Junkies newsletter. The art panel on my card is vellum. I painted the back with denium, spring green, and plum. The shimmer of the paints doesn't show through the vellum very much, but the colors are so deep and rich; they worked beautifully for the back. On the front I first used rose quartz, sage, mocha latte, and sky blue with a Crafters Workshop stencil. I then used a Cornish Heritage Farms background stamp stamped in black and highlighted with a white pen. The sentiment is from Artistic Outpost and is framed with a Spellbinders die cut. The flower is cut from fabric using a Tim Holtz die and was painted with rose quartz and spring green CI paint. The shimmer of the paint against the deep background is wonderful.

Using Creative Inspirations Paints on wood and chipboard
Hello, my dear crafting friends. Irit is here and today I am going to show you my small and cute Back to School project using our delicious CI paints.
This is a huge wooden clips I altered in a girly bright colors using our Spring Green paint directly over the wood and also over those Tando Creative bookplate .
Here is a wooden side again
And a bookplate on the front- covered with a thick layer of a Winter Frost paint and then heat embossed with our Fine clear embossing powder.
I also added some Fairy Dust glitter over the painted chipboard bird and a bit of a Sky blue paint too.
See you in 2 weeks with more colorful projects!

Butterflies and Beauty
This week's card started as a bit of an experiment. I used the Cheery Lynn French lattice large die and cut the design from a sheet of two sided adhesive. I adhered the die cut adhesive to the aqua cardstock and removed the top cover sheet. I covered the adhesive with CI Resplendence (glitter) angel dust. The result was a beautiful, sparkly design on the background paper. Then I stamped my image from Great Impressions on white cardstock. I painted the image with CI paints: spring green, emerald, turquoise, ivory, caramel, burnt sienna, coal, peach, and canary. I die cut the image using a Spellbinder's die (Label 23) and cut a corresponding layering panel which I highlighted with peach CI paint to add shimmer. The flower was die cut (Cheery Lynn miniature rose die) using crepe paper layers with canary CI paint highlights. The butterflies (Cheery Lynn dies) were cut using yellow and orange cardstock. I then used canary and peach CI paints for highlight and shimmer. I love how this card turned out with all the shimmer and sparkle.
