Hello, my dear fiends! Irit is here and this is my last post as a member of CIP DT. It was a great colored year and I just move on to another crafting adventures to come (some good one will come in January, but it's a secret for now). So as my last post I want to share with you this altered candle holder that was a simple metal junk in my useless things box and became this fancy shabby piece due to Creative Inspirations Paints and a lot of Prima flowers.
First I made a molding paste brick wall over the front , then I colored it with light pinks and white CIP.
The glued flowers were too bright, so I muted the shade with more white and cream paints and now it's in colors I like and shiny too.
So as I said, it was a great year to be on this team and we will meet on web.
Wish you all the very best!

Sew Creative Imperfection
Hello, my dear crafting friends! Irit is here again and this time with this altered chipboard spool made in my usual vintage style.
Lots of Creative Inspirations paints were used here: over the chipboard buttons, over the stamped hat, all around the glued tissue paper. I mostly used Aquamarine and Chocolate, but then added some more blues and browns for the highlights.I also used Copper embossing powder over the plastic scissors to made them look a bit more vintage and used Fine clear embossing powder with my stamped hat and dress form : it makes it easy to hand cut after the stamping. The background stamped script was also embossed with the same Copper powder all over the spool.
This project was web published in SNR July 2012 issue and now I can post it here too.
See you nest time with more painted inspiration!

New trends with Creative Inspirations Paints
Hello, my dear crafting friends. Irit is here again and this time with some trendy technique to show.
Right now paint are all around new trend and paint spots or splashes are just a Must on cards or all other paper projects. So this time I am going to show you my paint spots: on a simple and clean card and then over an altered Winter wall deco (I know, winter is not here, but I used an Aussi chipboard and they are just in the middle of Australian winter)
So first of all a card- I just grabbed some paint with matching to my flowers colors and splatted it around with a small paint brush.
You should do it totally random and don't afraid to make some spots over your embellishments, do not stick to your " white space" only. And remember to let then dry for a pretty long time as those are pretty heavy drops and they stay bulky.
The second project today is this Hello, Winter wall deco and I used those random splashes all over the project.
It really looks like some snow around the page. Then I added some Angel Dust glitter over the bare frame (inked with Versamark Watermark Ink) and painted the little angel with Winter Frost White shiny paint.
Hope you are going to try some splashes on your own projects.
See you next time with more paint inspiration

Our adventure can be shiny with CI Paints
Hello, my dear crafty friends! Irit is here again and this time with another scrapbooking page.
On this page I wanted to share my painting over some home silver doilies - with a touch of Turquoise CI paint I just changed it to this blue (as a sea around) color.
I also used Deliquensce Fine Clear embossing powder over colored inks on the stamps (compass and letters) and over inked title I used some White embossing powder colored with some Buttercup paint (it works!)
And the products used here:

HAPPY and shiny Birthday!
Hello, my dear crafting friends!
Irit is here again and this time with a very shiny and clean card I made with lots of Creative Inspirations products.
I used Deliquensce Fine White embossing powder to stamp all my doilies ( The Rubber Cafe stamps). Then I painted the huge chipboard Happy title with Turquoise Creative Inspiration Paint and sprinkled with a lot of Angel Dust glitter.
The Birthday word was stamped with Blush paint and then heat embossed with Deliquensce Fine Clear embossing powder.
And here is a list of products used here:

Change your embellishments with CIP
Hello, my dear crafting friends! Irit is here and this time I want to show you the way to change your embellishments using our gorgeous CI paints.
I made this page in those summery colors and my chipboard title was too pinky, so I just colored it over with Mellow Yellow paint (it was glossy, so what, our paint work great on every surface).
Then I wanted to add some sunflowers, but I only had those white daisies. Some Mellow Yellow, Canary and Buttercup paints and Hello, Sunflower. Not yet. I had to add this black center. So some Glossy accents and some Burgundy glitter covered with Coal paint and a lot of drying time- but they look like sunflowers after all.
So, as you can see, you can fit the colors of your embellishments to your paper just with a drop of CI Paints. So easy!

The Good Life with good paints
Irit is here again, and this time with my album cover, full of shiny CIP colors and embossing powders.
I made this cover using Wabr2scrap huge chipboard covered with Robin's Nest glitter cardsock. But then all bare chipboard parts screamed for some Creative Inspirations Paint colors. So I painted both crown shapes with Bright Yellow, Sunshine Yellow, Garnet Red and Burnt Clay paints and added some Resplendence Angel Dust glitter over them. The swirls were also painted with Olive Green and Sage green paints and finally I heat embossed the painted title with Deliquesce Fine Clear embossing powders.
Lot of shiny paint was added over this piece and I really like the result and hope you like it too.
See you in two weeks with another CIP project- this time a scrapbooking painted page.

My clean and simple card. Is it possible?
Hello, my dear crafting friends! Irit is here again and this time with this most possible for me clean and simple card.
I used Sweet Stamps Daisies Frame stamp here, stamped with clear embossing ink and Creative Inspirations Paints Deliquensce Fine White embossing powder. Then I painted the frame with Sky Blue paint and daisies were painted with Winter White paint.
The negative Joy chipboard was covered with the same blue paint and then heat embossed 3-4 times with Deliquensce Fine Clear embossing powder for this glass look.
Then I just added some Resplendence Angel Dust
all around over the wet paint.
And here product I used here:

My final ATC results from Wall tutorial
Hello, my dear painting friends! Irit is here again, and this time I want to show you the final result from my 2 month old Wall art tutorial. Those ATC were made a long time ago, but they were published in April issue of Scrapbooking News and Review web magazine and I couldn't share it anywhere until now.
I made those 4 ATC based on those wall projects, painting with Creative Inspirations Paints(the list is below), stamping over it with Inspired by Stamping Aviary set and using some Copper, Deliquensce Fine White and Fine Clear embossing powders. Then all of them got a touch of Garnet paint as some blood drops.
All stamps are Inspired by Stamping randomly stamped Sweet Aviary set images. And those are totally regular ATC- flat, standard size and ready for exchange. The titles on all cards are from Authentique paper stickers.
And here are some of Creative Inspirations Paints and powders used on this project
See you next month!

Sweet Stamps bookmark
Hello, my dear crafting friends! Irit is here again and again with Sweet Stamps on my project.
When I first got this butterfly Sweet Stamps stamp, I thought about a bookmark. This vertical stamp is just perfect for this project.
I used Robin's Nest Classified cardstock and some Dew Drops and made it over a real commercial bookstore bookmark (an ugly one too)- so this is a kind of recycled project after all.
I stamped this butterfly stamp with Memento black ink, colored some parts and left 2 big butterflies in black. Then I stamped it again, colored and hand cut to make a kind of spotlighting using 3d foam glue. Then I added one big red rose from Sweet Stamps, stamped , painted and hand cut and even heat embossed for the shiny look with Deliquensce Fine Clear embossing powder.
I added some heat embossing around the whole piece with Red Glitter embossing powder.
And here are the CIP used for this project:
