Shimmer and Glitz

Yes, it's true that there's no place like home; but it's also true that there's nothing like a bit of shimmer and glitz to spice up a card. My image and sentiment are from Artistic Outpost. The shoes were stamped in red and then heat embossed using Deliquesce Clear embossing powder. Wow, the ruby slippers never sparkled as much. The background paper is from the Graphics45 Oz collection. I added fairy dust paint to the poppies and now they are really popping. I love spicing up background paper with the shimmery CI paints. It's easy and quick, but it really adds a wow factor.
